Spinea Twinspin backlash-free cycloid gears represent a completely new generation of transmission solutions with the highest precision. They are based on a patented construction consisting of axial and radial bearings. The term "bearing gear" points to the unique integration of a backlash-free gear with radial and thrust bearings into a compact unit with many areas of application.

 

Twinspin's bearing gear is capable of absorbing both radial and axial forces without extra bearings and can be used directly as a connection mechanism in e.g. a robot axis.

 

Because the design does not contain gears like traditional planetary gears, it has much less backlash – typically less than 1 arcmin. The lifespan is also considerably longer with the clearance maintained.

M series

In the category of small backlash-free gears, the m-series represents the best the market has to offer. Currently, size 50 is available, but in the near future we will present additional smaller sizes.

T series

This series represents the standard range with the basic advantages of the construction.

 

This series is available in 8 different sizes for nominal torques from 37 Nm to 2940 Nm.

 

Gap less than 1 arcmin

E series

This series is a variant of the T series which is fully sealed and oil filled. Completely maintenance free.

 

In 7 different sizes with nominal torque from 50 Nm to 1250 Nm. Gap less than 1 arcmin.

 

Can easily be fitted with a motor flange for the selected motor type. 4 different variants of output shaft type and customized solution.

H series

A development variant with a large central hole for cable penetrations with air, electricity, water, etc.

 

Completely sealed and oil-filled to be completely maintenance-free.

 

Available in 5 sizes for nominal torque 250 Nm to 2750 Nm.

G series

It is supplied in two variants, one with a sealed output or as a fully sealed gear for direct connection with a motor.

 

In the new generation, we have concentrated the results of several years of development in the design and construction of the gearbox, together with the implementation of the latest manufacturing processes and technologies.

Drive spin

Spinea DriveSpin is a compact combination of servo motor and Twinspin backlash-free robot gears.

Rotospin A

Rotospin A is developed for manipulators where the requirements for repeat accuracy and positioning are high and where the passage of cables, hoses, etc. is done on the opposite side of the manipulator.
They can transmit large torques and handle very high radial loads.

 

The base consists of a Twinspin robot gear equipped with two flanges, one of which rotates and the other connects to the stand construction. The delivery can be made with or without a servo motor, but is always adapted to the current motor.

Rotospin B

Rotospin B is developed for manipulators where the requirements for repeat accuracy and positioning are high and where the passage of cables, hoses, etc. is done on the opposite side of the manipulator.
They can transmit large torques and handle very high radial loads.

 

The base consists of a Twinspin robot gearbox fitted with a standard flange on the output side. The unit is then mounted in a housing that allows direct mounting to a suitable stand construction. The delivery can be made with or without a servo motor, but is always adapted to the current motor.

Rotospin C

Rotospin storage unit series C is without robot gear and is intended to be used as a storage unit where two storages are required.

 

Their dimensions correspond to series A, B and C for easy assembly.
They provide the opportunity for the passage of cables, hoses, etc.
